Client Proposal:
A husband and wife are looking to build a home for them to settle into. The husband is a marine biologist and wants to have a room dedicated to fish tanks (a personal aquarium). The wife is an architect and requests an office to do her work in. She also requests a walk in closet and a bathroom attached to the master bedroom. They do not have any children currently, but they plan to have some in the future.
They wanted a master bedroom and at least 3 extra bedrooms. They want a big enough backyard to accommodate a pool one day. The couple wanted a stone veneer on one side the house, as well as hard wood floors throughout the house, except for the basement.
This house's purpose is to be a family home, so they wanted a more traditional look for the house.
