These projects were completed using AutoCad Architecture.
Project 1: Hotel Site Design
For this project, the task was to determine the best location for a hotel and an attached terrace that would allow for the required amount of parking stalls. The nearby bluff line and location of preexisting trees also needed to be taken into account.
Project 2: Multi-Use Building Site
For this project, the task was to determine the best configuration of an urgent care facility and a coffee shop on the same site, while meeting the requirements for parking and landscaped areas. The preexisting topography also needed to be taken into account.
